How timeon.guru collects and uses personal data, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights. In short: we collect only what we need, we do not sell data, and we do not use tracking cookies.

  • No tracking cookies

    The site uses no cookies for analytics, advertising or social media. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

  • Only what we need

    We ask for your name, company, work email and team size only when you request a trial, and only for your email if you subscribe to the newsletter.

  • We never sell data

    We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through this site is IBS Bulgaria, the company behind TIMEON.GURU.

For questions and requests about your personal data, write to support@timeon.guru.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the timeon.guru website: its pages, the trial form, the GURU newsletter and your correspondence with us.

It does not cover employee data that your organization enters into the TIMEON.GURU system. For that data your organization is the controller and we are the processor under a data processing agreement (DPA). In short:

  • it is stored in the European Union, in our primary data centre, Equinix in Sofia;
  • the list of sub-processors and the DPA are available on request;
  • when the subscription ends, the data is destroyed immediately, following set procedures.

Everything about system security, certificates and documents for your review is in the Trust Center.

4. The GURU newsletter

The GURU newsletter is shared by TIMEOFF.GURU, TIMEON.GURU, PROFILE.GURU and DigiSign: product news and practical tips, every two to three months. You subscribe with the sign-up form on the site or with the box in the trial, demo or offer form.

  • Confirmation. After you subscribe, IBS Bulgaria sends you a confirmation email (from “GURU team”). The newsletter starts only once you confirm the subscription (double opt-in). The link in the email works for 7 days.
  • Who sends it. After you confirm, your email, language and (with the box in the form) your name are passed to Intuit Mailchimp, which sends the newsletter on our behalf and on our instructions. Mailchimp may process the data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
  • Unsubscribing. Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to us. We keep your newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

5. Who we share data with

Requests are processed in the systems of IBS Bulgaria. We also use providers who process data only on our instructions and under a contract with us:

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep data

DataPeriod

Requests sent through the formStored in the EU and deleted automatically 12 months after we receive them. If you become a customer, the data is processed under the contract
GURU newsletter subscriptionUntil you unsubscribe
CorrespondenceAs long as needed for your request

7. Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no cookies for analytics, advertising, social media or cross-site tracking. Third-party services such as the chat and videos load only when you ask for them. That is why we do not show a consent banner.

  • Statistics. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and builds no profiles of individual visitors.
  • Form protection. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person. It does not use advertising cookies. To limit repeated sending, we keep a counter for one hour, linked to a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
  • Chat. The chat is a Tawk.to service. It loads only when you press “Chat with us”. Only then does Tawk.to set its own cookies to keep the conversation going, and we remember until you close the browser that you opened it, so it is not cut off when you change pages.
  • Demo calendar. The “Book a demo” page shows the calendar of meet.ibs.bg, a service of IBS Bulgaria. When it loads, the service sets one technical cookie needed for the calendar to work. The details you enter when booking are processed by IBS Bulgaria to arrange the meeting.
  • Videos. YouTube videos load from youtube-nocookie.com and only when you play them. If you turn on “Load videos straight away” in the settings above, the choice is kept in your browser’s storage (localStorage) and is never sent to us.
  • Fonts and search. Fonts and site search load from our own server, not from third-party services.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • get a copy of your data;
  • ask for inaccurate data to be corrected;
  • ask for deletion;
  • restrict processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdraw your consent to news at any time.

Write to support@timeon.guru. We reply within one month.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or the supervisory authority in your country.

9. How we protect data

The connection to the site is encrypted. Only the IBS Bulgaria staff who handle requests can see them, each with a personal sign-in. Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27017. See the Trust Center for details.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page. For significant changes we notify subscribers by email.
